We want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used press-on nails cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please email us with:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

within 48 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
